Principal's Message

Dear La Rosa Families,

Welcome to La Rosa School, “Home of the Rascals.” I am both delighted and proud to be the principal of our school. I look forward to working alongside all of our families with a commitment to the academic achievement of all of our students by providing a meaningful and challenging educational experience. Despite being in a distant learning model to start the 2020-21 school year, La Rosa continues to deliver an outstanding educational experience for all of our students. Even though we will not be together in person every day, we are very excited for the year ahead! Additionally, we at La Rosa School will continue to strive to ensure that our students develop the skills that will assist them in becoming responsible individuals who are aware of their role in their community. This is the foundation of what makes La Rosa such an amazing place to be. We care greatly for our students and want them to grow into becoming expert learners during their time in TCUSD.

If you are new to La Rosa, welcome! We encourage you to get involved in our PTA and seek ways, big or small, to volunteer for our school. A little volunteer time and PTA support goes a long way. If you already call La Rosa home, thank you for your ongoing support of our teachers, staff, and most importantly, your child. Your encouragement and engagement in our school is critical to our success and we value your efforts.

As educational stakeholders, I encourage you to participate in your student's education by emphasizing our core values: Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be a Positive Learner. My door is always open and I look forward to building relationships with each and every one of you.

We look forward to seeing you soon at La Rosa!

Sincerely,

Jason Rose
